Happy Easter

Hello and happy Easter to everyone. Easter is a strange holiday for Christians in my opinion. We celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ and color eggs and tell children that a huge bunny took them and hid them around the yard. How did that happen? Well, I enjoyed the holiday, no matter how strange, when I was a kid. The best part of Easter Sunday for me was all the candy I got that morning. A traditional Easter basket would be in my room when I woke up and it would be full of plastic green and pink grass, with lots of different candies. おいしかったです! Man that was good! Now that I am older and I have no family I don't get an Easter basket. Maybe I will go to the store tomorrow and buy some Easter candy on sale! My favorite Easter candy is the Cadbury Egg. Have you seen this? Click here for a look at what I am talking about. Have a good Sunday and I will talk to you soon.

That is a good question. I really enjoyed living in Japan and was a frequent visitor of the local Buddhist temple. My girl friend is Buddhist and I have a love of the traditions of the religion. I also like Shinto but I don't know as much about it. I remember the O-Bon festival in Japan and all the wonderful dances involved. So, in a long answer I think there is nothing wrong with polytheism and it is not indiscreet. To each his own!
